We offer a 7-day warranty on our pool cleaning services for issues directly related to the service performed.
This warranty covers:
- Re-cleaning if the service does not meet the agreed standard due to an error on our part.
- Re-treatment if water quality issues persist after service due to improper chemical balancing by our technicians.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Problems arising from poor maintenance after our service.
- Structural damage to the pool or pool equipment.
- Issues caused by external factors (e.g., weather, debris, water source quality).
- Misuse of chemicals or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your full name, service date, invoice number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Assessment: We will assess your claim and may request photos or additional information.
- Resolution: If eligible, we will re-perform the service or provide a solution at no additional cost.
We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 5 business days.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
- This warranty is limited to the specific pool cleaning service performed and does not extend to pool equipment, structural repairs, or third-party services.
- Our liability is limited to the re-performance of the service or a refund (if applicable) as determined at our discretion.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original service recipient.
5. General Maintenance Responsibility
Regular maintenance between services is essential for keeping your pool in good condition. We are not responsible for issues arising from inadequate maintenance, failure to follow our advice, or external factors.
